Recruiting rankings are mostly meaningless. With the thousands of kids out there,there is no way anyone can objectively rank them. Some are more proficient at working the sports social media. Certainly, some kids are going to be ‘standouts’ but at our level, we’re talking about those that are either a bit smaller or slower than the FBS choice. Plus for the PL schools, academics matter more so than the other conferences, and some where they matter not. There is also the great unkown as to what occurs to an 18 year old kid over the ensuing 4 years. It’s a real crap shoot every year.
