From all the vibes I’ve gotten the last several years Doc seems very happy with this situation, and the feeling seems mutual in the administration. For those reasons I think a bigger program would have to go after him, rather than him wanting to leave. And at this point I think a bigger program would go for a flashier guy with similar credentials before aggressively pursuing Reed. But if he hits another NCAA trip with this new group of players, or an NCAA win again, it would be hard to turn down the type of offers he’d field. And at that point he’d have been here 8,9,10 years? And it would no doubt be a better opportunity than a MAC team…..
