A rather non event for the NE as of now. Apparently it is still expanding. Exclusive is a vague concept. Does it in clude any new areas? Will that impact on CBS or CI? Does give PL entree into new areas of the country now ,which cant be bad. I just have an uneasy feeling about future complications.
