TMH, from all the games I have watched this year I believe your point #3 is the key, the O just goes better when the D is cranked up
as to point #4, seems like when the ball goes in to TK the other guys tend to stop playing except for JG who crashes, they could help TK our by being in a better place to receive a kick out, IMHO
