I have not been able to find any information on when camp starts. Historically, however, I think colleges are allowed to begin in early August (perhaps the 3rd or 4th) and are usually open to the public.
In a related note, does anyone know when the Patriot League Media day is? It’s usually in late July and perhaps it will clear up the camp dates.
