This article references a stress fracture in his shin that limited how much he could pitch in his high school season. Hopefully he is fully healed up and ready to go 100% for fall ball and then the spring.

TMH, when you say power are you referring to his arm or as a hitter? It sounds like he will only be pitching in college but you never know.
