Let me give you a little more information
From what I heard, Parker has a huge upside and she is already putting up incredible #s. Playing a high level club ball last summer has already had an impact. According to the link provided, she throws 6 pitches, all but the changeup are 62 mph and up. She has very, very few walks this season and averages over 2 strikeouts per inning. Her control must be pretty good. Whether she can hit different locations of the plate or change or pitch speed effectively is yet to be seen but can be taught. I also can’t attest to the competition level.
Rich is correct, strength and conditioning drills are for the most part individualized. The beauty is that she has time to develop, CC and ES or back next year. There will be real quality depth at pitcher next year.
