Thank Rich – I was confused. I thought the R was the 5th of the “5”. The game notes 2-deep lists the lineup that way, too – 3 LBs plus the R. But that’s certainly not what we saw for most of the day today.
I agree that what we saw felt live a prevent D, most of the time. I wonder if that’s the general plan, or specific to Monmouth’s spread offense?
