Penn has much more financial aid for football than any PL team. Ivies have no scholarship limits. Only cap is Ivy rule that they cant bring in more than a rolling avg of 30 per yr over a 4 year span. Whhile termed need aid given income guidelines, one cannot denominate Ivies as a nonscholarship conferencr.
