The overall talent levels in PL are not all that different. We all recruit the same kids. Difference is talent evaliation and coaching. We all have highly recruited guys who dont pan out. Too many and you sink. Right now Lehigh and Fordham have the best difference makers. Those recruits that make the entire team better and can win games.
