Just came across this blurb.
Sabrina Lancaster, Osbourn Park’s relentless senior outside hitter, owner of the most kills in Prince William County and the second most in the Washington area based on statistics reported to The Post. (Note: the girl who is #1 in the Washington Post area played 6 more games)
Years ago, club coaches using a radar gun clocked the velocity with which Lancaster hits the ball at 75 miles per hour, the average speed of a spike in men’s Olympic volleyball.
