Villanova and New Hampshire did not play each other this year.
NH only played James Madison out of the group that is currently in the running. After this weekend Villanova will have played both Richmond and James Madison. Richmond played both Villanova and James Madison. A lot will depend on who gets a top 8 seed.
As of this point it would not seem like NH will not be our opponent because NH is the one team who hasn’t played all of the other CAA teams in the running. I’m thinking Richmond as our opponent as of now (just a guess)
But there is a lot of football left to play and there is always the whims of the seeding committee.
