I think we need to gamble a bit and let our secondary do a lot of man and commit to stopping the run with 7-8 in the box. Our secondary is young, but athletic and if we can get good pressure by doing a lot of blitzing (run/pass) the secondary need not have to stick with receiver longer than 3-4 secs. While SBU has a solid D, we should still be able to move the ball and put points on the board. If we can hold SBU to the 30’s we have a shot. If we an miraculously hold them under 30 we have a good shot of winning. Big distinction in the Wagner comparison, as the only common opponent, is the turnovers. TO’s have led to a number of losses this year. Keep it clean, we’ll be in it.
