Changes? Regardless of rhetoric, I dont see any simple cure alls for the D. Time, experience and added strength a no brainer for returning players. Coaching? Their responsibility. That inexperience issue is prevalent here with DC and most assts. 2nd year in this system or do we go to our 3rd new scheme in 3 years. Wholesale change in staff? Could that be the magic elixir? Dont know but doubt it.
Recruiting? Seems we bring in lots of talent on O most every year. Current verbals are stocked with OL,WRs and a 3* RB. We need that same level on D particularly on DL. Not much there yet and we dont have much room for many full ride offers.
