I think JG has huge upside and Kempton has potential to be very good and he and Whitfield can play both 3 and 4 spots. This gives you right now MM, SC, DC, AP, AD, CS, and CR as confirmed roster spot guards. The question is can CS handle the ball for an entire game and if you play him or MM at the point do you sacrifice scoring potential. I agree that you may need to bring in a pure point guard. The problem is there may not be any pure point guards out there that will even be ready to play as Soph. Having watched AP compete at the AAU level, I think he can be a solid PG if he puts on 151bs by Sophomore yr. I think without question you have to have a PG that can play significant productive minutes in two years. Next year should not be an issue.
