In response to post 9651, I agree that central PA is typically not strong but I have some information on Renninger’s game against Williamsport. Williamsport who just took National power Chester to the wire in the PA state quarterfinals. Williamsport has three d1 players in 6’3 Isaih Washington (PSU commit), 6’7 Chris Kinley (Navy commit), and 6’2 Jahad Thomas (possible Georgia State, St. Francis). Renninger scored 20pts, 4assts, 4stls, 12rbs, and held Isiah Washington in check. Central Mountain lead most of the first half and and only trailed by 5 with 3 minutes remaining in the 3rd quarter. If you have not figured out by now, I am a huge fan of this kid. I referee d6,d4 basketball and have done a number of his games, this kid can play. I also have been a Partriot League fan for a number of years living just 20 miles from Bucknell. I also researched Cole’s games against state qualifiers. Central Mountain played six teams that qualified for PA state tournament and Cole averaged 27.5 pts, and 9rbs in these games. I think Lehigh got a huge steal.
