Anybody hear what this years baseball team’s prospect is? With the double, double-header weekends, pitching is always the most critical need. Army and Navy are always in the top four which leaves LU, LC, HC, & BU battling it out for the last two playoff spots.

I believe the team was very young last year so I suspect the prospects are very good. The bad news is that projected SS Brendan McGaheran will be lost for the season due to a car accident but I believe there may be depth there,

Has anyone seen the team play? Only 3-11 in league play and 9-32 overall. Whats the problem? No pitching? No hitting?

Relatively weak hitting – at least in PL play. LU is in the PL basement in most offensive categories. Pitching has been a bit below average but better than the hitting.

Yup! That is the problem. Weak hitting is the main cause for not having a good score. In PLs you need to hit more & more.
