Had a 17 point lead but couldn’t handle BU’s press.
Wrong players on the floor as the lead was whittled away

So pretty clear evefone will press us until Sue figures out who to have on the floor. KB and TC played well again but still getting ltd minutes from Troyan. Why?

Oh boy….. where do I start?
I should just re-use my previous posts.
We lost because of the freshmen and the coaches BUT I will not blame the kids. Once again, they were put in situations they cannot handle yet. It’s so obvious that you cannot have HH, GG and both CB on the floor together. Two max for now, maybe…
You had the 16pt lead with KB (great game), ME (huge presence in the paint), BD (ice in her veins) CBZ (at the 4) and I think Q. Great third quarter for this group. Good offense and the 6’5″ Canadian kid was neutralized in the paint.
Then you put back the 3 freshmen to handle BU’s press and it’s chaos. 29pts in 5 minutes I think, while your best ball handlers (TC, KB, HP and BD) are on the bench watching and the big kid is killing us inside (3 in a row on GG). Really? Press break 101: avoid the corners, the sidelines and do not dribble. We got the ball in the corners, got trapped, dribbled along the sidelines and turned the ball over and over and over. Looking at the many kids crying after the game, it won’t be an easy one to swallow.

Seems evident so far that Sue is willing to sacrifice this season for the future. Putting all on the 4 frosh. They will be among the best she has had I dont doubt. Right now they are still frosh. She has a better team on the bench. Admittedly a tough hand with grad losses and Kiernan injury but that does not justify giving up on the rest of her players.

I hope you’re wrong and that they are not deliberately sacrificing the season #trusttheprocess.
That would be bad and I think they’d lose players (mentally).

I hope I am wrong but I cant fathom staff’s actions so far without considerings that as a possibility.

Why would the coaches “sacrifice” the Season? Are they afraid the freshmen won’t stay if they don’t play? The best players should play regardless of their class. Right now that’s not happening
