    According to Tom Housenick, Mackey is 30 assists behind Marquis Hall. Mackey has 536, Hall finished at 566.

    Barring injury or suspension, Mackey has 6 regular season games left, plus at least 1 tournament game. Only needing 30 for the school record, my guess is he gets it unless something strange happens.
