    2016 Div 2 Softball State Champions – Richmond High School

    CARLEY BARJAKTAROVICH
    SCHOOL: Richmond

    YEAR: Sophomore

    SEASON: Barjaktarovich was a first-team all-state selection after hitting .515 for Richmond, which won the Division 2 state title. She stole 23 bases and also had a .959 fielding percentage.

    COACH’S COMMENT: “I thought she was a great leader,” Richmond coach Howard Stuart said. “She was a leader offensively and defensively. She helps everybody. She has a GPA of over 4.0 and she is really smart and you can see it on the field.”

    Why is it I wind up saying Wow on Fran’s recruits. Geez cant wait for her season to start. Gotta tag Richmond HS.
