    CCSU game notes up, they have mucho inexperience at QB, RB and WR

    Think my wife and I might take the ride up to CCSU. DYING to see the new breed.Saw Spadola got released… Can’t believe he can’t get a shot… He has NFL talent.

    Leaving for Connecticut in a few minutes. Hope for my dad and I to be able to meet up with the South Side boosters before the game starts!

    A caution that 84 can get a lot of traffic on way up to Hartford on a Friday afternoon.

    Two teams in practically the same situation. Same basic schemes LU biggest edges are Nick and veteran OL and WRs.
    The Bs IMO will be the pieces to amp up O to much higher levels. Our other advantage is overall talent.
    D vs a redshirt frosh QB. Pressure and TOs,a must.

    Naah :). Lokk I realize that the B and W unis fit in with LU 150th anniversary and all.The white helmets would complete that look but the overall look so bland. I like all our unis with the added gold hivhlights. For me,gold helmets are a nice touch. Altho ,the idea of metaiiized brown helmets would be great.

    I hate the gold too. Don’t love the whites, however, either especially after the turd we laid last year wearing them.

    My money is on our rushing game being the big difference. I will be surprised and disappointed if we don’t see some serious trucking tonight.

    Looking forward to the Bs.O has to xluck,eat clock and score. Got that D going to be very aggressive. Expect lots of mistakes and good plays. Geez,I have the jitters tonite.:)

    Very surprised to say, at this point, D looks MUCH better than O. Shaf running has been the bulk of O, so far. Time to put in the wishbone?

    Somebody call Botts, tell him to put Dbs in for Lb in passing situations, we about to get exploited!
