But the O and D were issues last year, too.
If I were coach, I see where we are after first three PL games. If we continue to see the same problems, it’s time to ask for resignations.
We need to be the first ones out of the box looking for an OC and DC — and/or their staffs, if necessary. Let’s not get stuck like last time having to hire locals relatively late in the process.
Andy’s track record of hiring coordinators is not great. He needs to find guys who can step in for him when the time is right, or guys who want to be promoted to other schools as HCs two or three years down the road. That’s how you build a program, as Higgins did.
Sadly, I see no head coach succession plan now. That says something about the HC.
