    Reported this AM that likely Kotulski has been hired by Stanford as LB coach. Andy confrmed K interviewed in Feb.

    Anyone have an idea how he’ll be replaced?

    Promotion from within? Seems like there are some good candidates.

    Wonder if there’s a way to give Dave C. more $$, responsibility.

    I would think Andy gives Roberts or Wilcher a look/interview about the position. Tough to bring a DC from outside IF you’re going to maintain your philosophy of using a 3-4, and considering we’ve been recruiting the kind of personnel to fill those roles. Wilcher was DC for one year awhile back and returned to secondary. Roberts, I believe, carries title of “associate” head coach, which means he’s been delegated a bunch of administrative duties. I think Andy brings an outside DC only if Wilcher and/or Roberts turn down the promotion.
