    Given the defense and rebounding woes – I think coach should consider starting the three bigs – TK, JC and JG along with AP and KR. Perhaps a zone would help defend the 3-ball and protect the bigs from foul trouble (and fatigue).

    I know this leaves minimal options for a 4/5 coming off the bench but – until we get healthy – our bigs ought to get used to playing 35+ minutes …

    Maybe but JG doesn’t look able to go 30+ yet.

    I’d love to see the 3 bigs, but I don’t know if it’s possible. They really are the only 3 true forwards right now. Looking back, it makes me wonder how it wasn’t such an issue last year. JGs health has to be the answer, I guess. CB was barely able to play, and the SC experiments at the 4 were – less than ideal.
    To make matters worse, it seems that playing zone makes it more difficult to control the defensive glass. Another major headache so far.

    gohawks63, I’m with you 100 % on all points you make. Unfortunately, I don’t see Reed doing either. I would insert either JG or KL into starting lineup, preferably JG.
