RM wins 73-72In short, this is a game we have to win. I don’t care where it’s being played. For what it’s worth, the stars seem to be aligned and point to a victory. We have played a far more demanding OOC schedule (ranked 2nd vs. 176th)…………Coming off exams, we should be well-rested while RMU is coming off back-to-back-to –back losses over the past two weeks………We notched a win in our last game – albeit vs. a D-II type opponent – while RMU’s one and only win is a more distant memory and it was earned against an 0-9 Mississippi Valley State team ranked #345…………And, picking up on a point raised by Bison137, RMU is playing short-handed these days which you would hope might result in a more focused defensive stand by the Brown and White on their two “go-to” players: 6’5” Sr. Shooting Guard, Rodney Pryor, and 6’9” Sophomore Forward, Elliah Minnie. I’m saying it will be easy but the two account for 50% of all RMU points – much the same as what TK and AP mean to us. The tie-breaker on the stat sheet might be at the point where KR would seemingly hold the a distinct advantage over RMU’s Kavon Stewart in both A/TOs (2.8 vs. 1.5) and Pts./Game (10..5 vs. 5.2). Hey, it’s just a thought.
Of interest, too, might be how Bucknell won their game against RM back on Nov. 18th

http://campusinsiders.com/network/patriot_league/liveDecember 17, 2015 at 8:21 pm #24351I’m looking to see if JG is now fully healed from his ankle sprain and can contribute like he did last year. That could be a huge boost to our production.
December 17, 2015 at 10:08 pm #24356Man, the chatter on here concerning hoops has really dropped off. I guess a 1-7 start will do that to you.
Biggie tonight, put up or shut up OOC. Need a win. This would be a nice springboard win into the 2 home games pre Christmas. Can we get 3-0 in our stockings?
December 17, 2015 at 10:48 pm #24357No holiday cheer here. I’m hoping we win one of these 3. And I still think tonight is our best shot.
Hopefully I’m just a grinch and we turn things around, starting tonight! I’ll be watching, as always.December 17, 2015 at 11:30 pm #24359Losing four scholarship players to injury/transfer and then losing seven games can take the starch out of any fan base. As mentioned here several times, this is a real acid test for a coaching staff.
Perhaps the only positive the program has seen recently is getting a decent guard and two big men in next year’s class. Also noticed we’ve taken a shot at a highly rated pf (Cameron Krutwig ’17) out of suburban Chicago.
December 17, 2015 at 11:40 pm #24360I’d add KL’s production to the (short) list of bright spots. Meaningful contribution from a frosh is always good, and something you can never bank on.
December 17, 2015 at 11:43 pm #24361Holy crap. Just turned on espnlv pre-game, and Fallon just said TK is out with injury.
December 18, 2015 at 1:11 am #24363Just heard from a relaible source, TK= day to day, not very serious at this point.
December 18, 2015 at 1:50 am #24366So… anybody hearing anything good about lax or baseball teams?
December 18, 2015 at 1:56 am #24367Another loss.
December 18, 2015 at 1:59 am #24368Would have won with Tim!
