Matt at QB,, Soto back. Kondas back at ILB otherwise no change. Expect we’ll see the same D as all year.

Sportsbook has us as a 2 pt favorite. Much more realistic.

Went over to Cross board to get their take on game. Interesting,if somewhat depressing. The main topic is how Cross will dominate PL football again with 4 yrs of schollies. Nary a word about Lehigh game.They seem to assume an easy win. Only caveat is their penchant this year of disappearing in the 4th. At least from their viewpoint,we have become a mere footnote in PL race.

I was hoping the coaching staff would do something dramatic to shore up our porous defense such as switching to a 4 – 3. I believe the first time Wilcher was defensive coordinator we used a 4 – 3. As a number of people on this board have pointed out, our personnel this year do not appear well suited for a 3-4. Of course, if they were planning to make such a switch they would probably not announce in the weekly game notes. I guess we will find out on Saturday.

Tough to change to a new basic D set at this stage of the season. A lot of youngsters out there. But with a freshman QB switching stuff up could create some problems for him, and maybe some turnovers, which are woefully absent this year for this D. Really need to establish the run so McHale can have his options.
