Was fun last year, so let’s do it again! No frosh in the first set:

    Biggest increase PPG?
    Biggest increase RPG?
    Biggest increase FG%?
    Biggest increase 3PT%?

    New: biggest impact frosh?

    PPG: JG
Assuming he starts all year (not a sure thing), I could see him upping his ppg to the 10-12 range would be an increase of 2.5 to 4.5 which I think would be tough to beat. Other contenders here would be BA and KR.
    RPG: BA
This is a tough one. Probably not a lot more boards to go around after TK, JG, and JC. I’ll go with BA.
    FG%: BA
BA here as well. Only shot 38% last year, so a lot of room for improvement.
    3FG%: KR
Kid seems like a worker and while his jumper isn’t the smoothest, I think he will bring it up from 32%.

Impact Frosh: Sedore has a lot working against him making an immediate impact: young for his class, skinny, blocked by the PL POY, and huge jump in competition. Judging by Kroogs tweets, Leufroy isn’t off to a great start on campus. That leaves Holba (who was probably the highest regarded anyway) as the choice.

RPG BA so hopeful this guy can put his game together. So much talent
    FG. Jc
    3Pt. KR Who else?
Frosh MH He is ready. Saw Kroogs tweets. KL niw has a glimpse of D 1 ball. Think he will adapt but how auickly?

OK, here goes my first attempt at this.

PPG…DC, I’ve heard a lot of good things about his off-season. He doesn’t need a lot to improve much
RPG…JC…I’ve heard a lot of good things about his off season too. Perhaps this is the year he figures out that he is a big man.
FG% BA…I think this is the year that he stops pressuring himself and is far more selective. KR may be a close second though. He really impressed me in his ability to get to the rim but not with his ability to finish. Perhaps the trees were a little bit bigger in college but he will adapt.
3PT%..KR has historically been a very good shooter and is a hard worker. I expect him to be closer to 38%-39% this year which will open up his drives and dishes.

Sorry”Missed impact frosh. MH. I think he may be the top candidate for ROY this year.

I’m gonna go with AP for pts/game, getting him to around 15.
JC for RPG – because we just need him to!
FG%, I’ll go with BA. With his size and a year of development, I think that his % has to go up significantly.
3FG% was toughest for me, but I’m gonna go with DC. If he’s going to be a contributor this year, I think that has to be a reliable piece of his game.

For impact frosh, I’m on the MH bandwagon too. I’m hoping he pushes BA, making both of them better.

It’s their last rodeo and I’m betting our seniors will bring their “A” game this year when it comes to both biggest increases in ppg and rpg, thanks in part to what I hope will be KR’s heightened focus on assists and less attention to the long ball. Therefore, I’m going with 3.0 ppg increases for each JG (7.5 to 10.5), JC (5.6 to 8.6), and DC (.9 to 3.9). When it comes to rebounding the ball, I’m thinking JG and JC will each tack on 1.5/game increasing their pg production to 7.3 (JG) and 5.0 (JC).

As for the biggest jump in overall FG accuracy, my pick is BA (.380 to .400) based on what I see is his increased interest and ability to penetrate the defense. When it comes to the 3-ball, there’s nowhere to go but to KR. While I hope it’s “assist first/shoot second”, I see him lifting his .324 average to .350.

I think MH will have the biggest impact as a freshman.
