The Lehigh Valley Steelhawks lost their fourth straight game when they fell to the Chicago Slaughter, 52-27, tonight at Stabler Arena.
The Steelhawks (1-5) lost two key players early on. Offensive tackle Al Stokes broke his leg on the team’s second offensive play, and Lehigh University product Matt Cohen re-aggravated a knee injury on the second defensive series.
"You lose one of your staples as a leader the second play of the game and second defensive series you lose Matt Cohen," Steelhawks’ coach Rich Britt said. "We had big games planned for both of those guys."
Hope you get well soon and return to action!
