Coach Lange appears happy with his seven plebes. J.J. (Joseph John) Avila, Texas’ 34th best player (TexasHoops.com) headlines the field at 6’7" and 240 pounds. Read full interview with Baltimore Sun’s Matt Bracken below.

Navy, 13-17 (7-7), will return four starters this year and seems to expect big things from the incoming class and in particular, J.J. The coach called J.J. a "rugged rebounder" and commented on his "playground instincts," saying his number one skill is his passing. He went on to say, "Our guys are going to have to be ready when they are open, because he will find them."

[/i]It wasn’t enough that we have a C.J. and an B.J., we must now worry about a J.J.[/i]

We now learn that the reloading of talent extends to the Navy coaching ranks as well. Former Duke guard, Greg Paulus, is headed to Annapolis.
