Penn got 559 offensive yards last week against a D-II school. Only got 42 points.

Good benchmark for our defense?

Surely our offense can out up 42, or maybe not … Ohio Dominican got 24.

How do we stack up vs. a D-II team? We’ll have a better idea Saturday.

I’m going with 42-35 Penn if Brags plays at 100 percent; 42-24 if he does not.

Penn gets 500+ yards on LU D; 200+ rushing.

The “defense” is the most embarrassing thing I’ve ever seen, at any level of football. 40 + points, 500 + yards per game against Monmouth, Yale, Penn…

I mean really, when is someone made accountable for four years of this crap?

And with all of this, they could run the PL table, because even after merit scholarships, the league is a joke!

Feel for O guys. No matter how well they play this team cant win.
Ive seen a lot of really bad Ds over close to 60 years. This version tops all for the absolute worst. Said same a few years back. Shocking that I need to say it again.

A couple years back, I noted that LU was not getting it done on recruiting defensive players – especially sufficient size/strength on DL and LB. There was limited support for that view then – sonething about limited allowable slots was mentioned.
If true, then the problems lie elsewhere – coaching?
