    Per Morning Call this AM ,prelim hearing waived , trial will be next. DA stated that they have not yet determined a disposition for the case.
    Likely ,it will be a plea deal at some point.

    Any idea if he’s still enrolled at school?

    Unlikely, last I heard he was at home. LU wont act ,if at all,until after case disposed of. All the mionr charges were dismssed leaving only the assault, which facts may mitigate somewhat but hard to justify kicking which is substance of charge not brawl.

    That is one young man who cant drink at all. Both incide.ts alcohol relatdd. I would be surprised if he will be able to stay in school or on team. Very sad.

    Looks like the chapter has been closed. Hope this will allow the kid to get his life turned around.

    Figured from his tweets that he’s getting some jail. Lucky its only a misdemeanor. A great kid but one who shoulx.’t drink. I wish him the best in tur.ing his life around.
