I’m not going to go into all of them, but concerning Bucknell, Colgate, and Lehigh:
Two-way tie (Bucknell 1-2, Lehigh 3-0, Colgate 0-3 or 1-2) (could also happen with Bucknell 0-3, Lehigh 2-1, Colgate 0-3)
Lehigh finishes in 1st (H2H tie with Bucknell, next tiebreak record vs. Colgate, Lehigh wins 1-1 vs. 0-2)
Two-way tie (Lehigh 3-0, Colgate 2-1, Bucknell 0-3)
Colgate finishes in 1st (H2H tie with Lehigh, next tiebreak record vs. Bucknell, Colgate wins 2-0 vs. 1-1), Lehigh 2nd
Three-way tie (Bucknell 1-2, Lehigh 3-0, Colgate 2-1, or: Bucknell 0-3, Lehigh 2-1, Colgate 1-2)
Colgate finishes in 1st (3-1 record vs. Bucknell and Lehigh), Lehigh finishes 2nd (2-2), Bucknell finishes 3rd (1-3)
Bottom line is, if Lehigh wins all three games, they will get a 1st round bye, either as 1st place or 2nd place team. If they lose on Sunday, they could still be the No. 2 seed, but only if Bucknell and Colgate both lose.
