The Coaches need to go along with recruiting staff. How come very little talent is coming out of NYC and Long Island???

I AGREE THE WHOLE STAFF NEEDS TO BE REPLACED NOT THE KIDS, I REALLY THINK TALENT IS THERE, THEY ARE SERIOUSLY NOT BEING DEVELOPED AT ALL, ITS A REAL SHAME

AD needs to do some serious evaluation. This ‘thing’ seems to be snowballing. Lack of focus results in mistakes. So many of them today on both sides of the ball. This late in the season that is inexcuseable. Players need to look in the mirrow, too. Win as team, lose as a team..and that includeds the coaches. A new voice or philosophy/scheme is needed on defense. It is farcical and cannot continue.

Kids? Kids are 10 – 15 years old. Over 18 you’re no longer a kid. Believe me they party like adults…

Yes they party like adults. They are adults. And like all adults, where you work and were I work, they need direction on how to get better and how to work as a team. And motivation. And goals. These very young adults were all among the best players on their high school teams and apparently had lots of the above before Lehigh.

Andy’s had a nice run here. But this gradual descent to where this team is today screams for radical change. Hello Joe?

We have Wrestling and softball. Maybe it is time for Joe to retire.

I AGREE THESE YOUNG ADULTS (KIDS) NEEDS DIRECTION, LOOK AT CLEMSON COACH HE HAS HIS ON HOLD ME BACK COACH FUNNY AS IT SEEMS HE MOTIVATES HIS KIDS AND THEY WILL RUN THRU A WALL FOR HIM, DONT SEE THAT HERE AT ALL, NOT EVEN CLOSE, BOTTOM LINE COACHING SUCKS, 4TH AND 3 AND WERE IN A COVER 2 ZONE DEFENSE REALLY!!! BLAME THE KIDS FOR THAT, EVERY COLLEGE PLAYS MAN 2 MAN BUT LEHIGH, THEY TOTALLY TOOK #3 OUT THE GAME, ROUGHED HIM UP AT THE LINE OF SCRIMMAGE MADE IT HARD FOR THE 1ST READ, SAME OL DEFENSE EVERY SNAP, NO STUNTS NO BLITZES, NO NOTHING LIKE I KEEP SAYING TE KILLS US FOR 3 STRAIGHT YEARS DOWN THE MIDDLE OF THE FIELD ITS JUST SO MUCH I WILL STOP HERE,

Yes, the “kids” should be “men enough” to acknowledge their shortcomings, just as the coaches have not given proper instruction/planning, especially on the ‘d’ side of the ball. However, the before these kids got to Lehigh, they know to tackle with shoulder and not reach with arms and hands. Yes, proper drilling technique over and over makes things more natural without having to ‘think’ about it. So I see it as a combination of responsibility. Athletics at this level is supposed to be part of learning experience. The “kids’ are facing a lot of adversity right now. Part of growing up is learning how to face such situations. We shall see.

    How bad is our defense?

We know it’s last in FCS in yards per game:
It gives up 517.6 ypg vs. 505.4 for Northern Colorado, No. 122 of 123 teams, and Fordham, 443.1, the next worst in the PL

We’re second worst in the nation, giving up 49 TDs. Morehead State has given up 54.

The D gives up 7.98 yards per play. It’s almost incomprehensible. That’s worst in the nation.

Second worst, and the only other college higher than 7 ypp, is Missouri State with 7.3. James Madison gives up an FCS best 3.54 yards per play.

Anybody concerned that almost every game we have a serious head injury??? Are the helmets inferior? I’m not seeing the head injuries in any other games that I am watching. I know we we dont tackle anybody on defense but kids are somehow getting hurt? We are the only team in div 1 football that has to have two ambulances at every game. A.D. cannot be happy about this because it costs double the money…. I do think the school needs to look into this issue, very soon!!!! Changing gears…I predicted 5-6 and I am staying with this prediction. We win the Patriot league title. In a sea of awful teams, somebody has to win…Take a few FCS teams out of the mix and nobody is dominant in the FCS. We get bounced by 50 first round. Kids get a ring for having a 5-7 season..huh!!!

I’ve attended the majority of the games this season and every time I decide to go to the little boy’s room at the start of the game by the time I get to my seat we’re behind by 7 points! Call me superstitious but it is obviously my bladder to blame for this this season! For these final 3 games I plan on holding it in until halftime. I predict with this change something will explode…and I hope it is not my bladder!
