    Guess Kenny then Nick.
Talking to my ortho, simple fracture in a metacarpal with no surgery is about 3 weeks or so. Everybody is different. Doc qb can give us some info no doubt.

Saw NaNa back at practice. What about Harris. Did I see M Anderson working out at LB? Nice size n speed, might as well find a spot for him. Disappointed in Mccain, thought he would play this yr. Any word on Siegenthaler, hasnt suited up yet

Thought Hobbie the best potential of that group of LBs. No idea what’s up. Coffman getting ST tome. Siegenthaler a puzzle. About the fastest of our Ss. No injury noted. In HS he was primarily a SB who played S. Perhaps transition slower ala Githens.
Mike at LB? Wow. Agree tho,too good an athlete to waste buried in WRs.
No cap on travel squad to Princeton.Maybe he goes.

How do they determine what away games have a cap?

Only PL games have a cap. Travel caps are by conference. Even with our cap, seniors and injured players are not included. Not an overnighter to Princeton, so would not be surprised with larger squad.
Dont know off hand if IL has a cap.

Princeton always plays tough against Lehigh. The last 2 wins were by a total of 4 points and Lehigh shoulda/coulda lost both. To ask why Princeton is favored over Lehigh and pull up last years schedule results is very humorous. They were 5-5 , we were 3-8, so the only thing anyone missed was both teams were bad and did not live up to preseason predictions. If we get beat,it is not because of talent.Princeton is better than Penn. My only concern is getting behind and having the OC not knowing how to call a game to come back. Gotta love that stadium, just wish they could fill it.

Tigers should be favored ,the point is a 10-12 spread is nuts. Well,I hope so :)

I brought up the schedule because they beat nobody. Basically 4 of they wins were against teams that wouldn’t have won a game unless they played each other horrible self. And two of them went winless.what has Princeton done besides be called Princeton that has everyone on the AGS picking them so adamantly was my question, just don’t get it. If you want to favor them for what they did to a depleted AND winless LC squad then so be it. I like to think if LU had the schedule they had last yr, we would do better than 5-5 as well. Give me LU and the 10-12 points!

:) Quite true but a bit over the top. Give Tiggers the 3
pt home edge for a pretty even game.

Agreed that Princeton should be a favorite (by 10? who knows; I’d take LU and 10), plus they’ve got a home game — and Brisker out may be big, compared to last weeekend.

I think Rich’s three weeks out for Micco is probably a minimum, but it does all depend on what exactly he did and how soon he’s needed. Could be closer to 4-6 weeks, but it all depends on exactly where and what — based on experiences I’ve had with teens.

From what he said depends where and on which metacarpal.I played with a broken hand in a padded cast but I was a DL then so cast was a bonus :-).After 3 weeks, its just mobilty of fingers and pain tolerance. Nice to have 2 RBs. Do hope we dont have to ping pong them. If he’s out more than 3 weeks does Andy redshirt him?

agree with LG that we would have done just as well as Princeton last year with their schedule, and Lehigh is an improved team this year

Princeton dismantling of Pards last week may indicate they are improved this year also or maybe that the Pards just suck right now (more likely)

I don’t see any case that can be made that we should be favorites in this game with home field advantage to them as Rich pointed out, but we should not be big underdogs and if we lose by 10 points I will be surprised and disappointed, I expect a very competitive game which we have a reasonable chance to win

I like being the underdog. It is all meaningless anyway. It is what happens on the field that counts.

Good question on the redshirt. What are the rules? When do you have to apply?

Best-case scenario MH heals in three weeks and comes back for Bucknell game, then gets two more weeks to heal thanks to off week before Fordham. Maybe you just hold him out until Fordham and hope DB hangs in there.

Red shirting would make more sense if LU loses to FU and BU, or you might need him for title run this year if LU somehow wins.

Then you get into his personal plans (four years or five) and the bigger one — will he play at Lehigh for four years? We have not had an impeccable track record for keeping RBs lately. (And I keep thinking back to some freshman flash-in-pans the past decade or two who never really made it (injuries and other issues).)

Think 3games is max if he is redshirted. Well,Andy has time to decide. Last year was unusual. One gets a career ending injury and the other missdd his girl friend. BTW Leigh tearing it up at Hope College. Other than that dont think our track record out of the ordinary. Injuriesvhave always been an issue with RBs everywhere. Over the years we’ve had our fair share of great RBs. Hopefully we have 2 more now.
