Scholarship Limit

I’m sure this has been covered on here before, but excuse my ignorance on FCS scholarship football.
1) is it correct that FBS limit is 85, FCS limit is 63, and PL limit is 60?

2) does Lehigh fully fund 60 scholarships in football?

3) looks like our roster has 80+ players, do all of those players share across the 60 limit, as in some full, some partial, some walk on, or is it 60 full, and rest walk on?

4) is every rostered player getting some money?

5) how many guys dress at a home game and how many travel to away games?

Scholarship caps are correct. Caveat tho is PL max includes all aid given to a recruited player not just athletic aid.
Lehigh is fully funded. No exact way to determine exact number of schollie awards actually given to current squad. Definite thar we are very close to max.
Not all players are receiving aid. We have a number of recruited and true WOs on roster.
Note PL amended by laws to permit 3 true (unrecruited) WOs who dont count vs roster or schollie cap.
All players dress for home games. For PL games the travel limit is 58.
Unrecruited is a technical term under NCAA rules. Does not bar all contact but limits face to face contact with staff and official visits.

One correction. Travel roster limit is 60 players, not 58, as of a few years ago. In addition, teams can also bring seniors/injured players not on the 60-man roster at their discretion.
