    I realize that he must be volunteering and may not be compensated, but the same unintelligible announcer is working the softball games along with wrestling and other sports.
    Wouldn’t this be a place to utilize grad students or even knowledgeable undergrads whom can speak with clarity?
    The current fellow is ponderous and lacking in cadence as well as being virtually impossible to understand.

    I don’t know what it is with the Athletic Department about this as tons of people have been complaining for years about the ‘mumbles’. Change needed desperately.

    Gave up trying to listen. I do my own play by play.
