    There may have been other cases down through the years where both the men’s and women’s basketball teams finished atop the PL standings, but I dare anyone to find a better set of numbers than these:

    Women 26-3 (13-1) League Regular Season Champions
    Men 19-10 (10-4) League Regular Season Champions

    Combined Overall Record: 45-13 (.776)
    Combined PL Record: 23-5 (.821)

    Good luck to both squads as they enter Tournament action – the men on Wednesday at Stabler and the women on Saturday up in Worcester.
