Last season, we spent a lot of time trying to figure out the recruiting situations on 2 players, Zach Stahl and Eli Lubick. We never could track down great information on either player, although we knew Stahl was offered, and it was questionable if Lubick was trying to walk-on at Lehigh. Stahl surfaced at Northeastern (late offer), who is 17-8 and 12-1 in conference, and seems to have a good shot at playing in the NCAAs as a potential winner of the Colonial Conference. He has played 21 games, 7 starts, and averages 5.4 ppg. Looks like he would have been a nice addition to the current freshman class. Lubick continues to be an enigma. I spent some time trying to track down the status of this guy last year (did he get a late offer, was he a D-1 player, was he a potential walkon?). Well, he surfaced at Hobart (Division 3) and was on the roster at the beginning of the season. He appears in their team picture, and played 4 games in the fall semester, then poof!, gone. Not listed on the team roster, so not apparently injured. Have to assume he has transferred or dropped out of school. Search continues…
