Notes up
Rosen in for Evans at G
Kauffman in at DE
Buckrham at Rover
Kareem at SS for Sam
QJ at CB
Mish backSeptember 26, 2017 at 3:47 pm #32217Lots of changes in there. QJ played at corner last week I believer.
September 26, 2017 at 3:49 pm #32218Too lazy to go back and look. Like having Buckrham in.
September 26, 2017 at 4:06 pm #32219Not me Rich, he had bad game last week replacing #6. Put #24,#18 back there. ALOT of freshman starting or on 2 deep in secondary, shouldve left #25 back there. I guess they cant do any worse, lets see what happens! Id also like to see #31 and 20 at the LBs. theyre bigger and cant do any worse. Yes #2 played Cb last week

September 26, 2017 at 5:31 pm #32224Wagner is awful so this is good timing.
September 26, 2017 at 5:38 pm #32225Should be akin to a mid season scrimmage. Well it best bevheading into PL sched.
September 26, 2017 at 6:12 pm #32227my goodness are we arrogant. Wagner just held a pretty good FBS school to 49 points. They have actually been in some games. We giving up 51pts a game and have the nerve to call Wagner horrible. I imagine theyre saying the same thing about us! I pray we dont lose or the season and the coaches are over,
September 26, 2017 at 6:33 pm #32228Wagner has a pretty good QB, and they have a veteran set of skill guys coming back:

I don’t see these guys as a pushover offensively.
September 26, 2017 at 6:35 pm #32229In 1981, Wagner scored 9 TDs in a 62-7 win over Iona. That’s their school record for points and touchdowns. For reference.
I’ve watched some Wagner game archives and they are not awful, and their highly rated starting QB has been out the past 2 games, their D does not look as good as Yale or Nova and their O is somewhat vanilla, so I think we can manage to win this week but doubt it will be a walk over
September 27, 2017 at 3:11 am #32233Scary note (kudos to SID staff for having guts to publish it):
SOME HISTORICAL PERSPECTIVE
Lehigh has allowed an alarming 205 points through four games. That number marks the most points allowed by Lehigh during its fi rst four games of a season since the Brown and White allowed 181 in its inaugural season of 1884. That year, Lehigh played just four games. The next highest total of points allowed through the first four games of a season is 158, set in 2014.
2014, 2015, 2016, 2017.
My crystal ball says: Lehigh’s offense will dominate an inferior team this week, 45-28. But … Ryan Fulse becomes the latest running back to take advantage of Lehigh’s defense, gaining more than 100 yards. But Lehigh gives up fewer yards, 300 to 350, than in any other game this year. D will get praise for its effort.
September 27, 2017 at 12:12 pm #32236Oh sorry Wagner is tremendous and will provide a stern test for our struggling gladiators. They have a long history of football excellence.
still wrong, Wagner is neither awful or tremendous, as bad as the D has been, should be a W this week
September 27, 2017 at 5:31 pm #32239Geez lots of hyperbole and over analysis. Wavner gets their AB back. He’s good. They are still a bad team. It should not be close but if D dissolves more it could be.
They spanked Colgate in the FCS Playoffs not all that long ago and came within a whisker of travelling to Eastern Washington and beating them there at their place. These guys ain’t Austin Peay.
