Guessing soccer has a bit to do with it. Actually think its a good idea. TV of games can see home crowd as opposed to empty visitor side. It would be nice if they could expand old press box to get more suites.
Interior,dont know but hell at least make them nice.
Not practical but having stands closer would be nice.
At least its a start ,hope it gives some impetus to more upgrades
