From what lityle I can find on Tugman,it looks like his oldet brother was an All District FB,which is s big deal in Texas. I get the impression from HS roster that Tugman was only added to Varsity roster this yeaf. Would explain the dearth of info on him.
Pards have 23-24 verbals. They are in dire need of a very large class after last year’s siege of injuries. They have some very good recruits. Tavani a hell of a recruiter. This group has,in addition,some projects and a good number of roster stuffers.
