What I truly don’t get is the infatuation with variants of the 3 man line. In his first go around as defensive coordinator Botts ran a 4 -3 and was successful. In this stint as defensive coordinator, the D has been nothing short of horrendous. Why not go back to a tried and system that worked well in the past?
