Verbal Commits finally posted Sebastian Much, as first reported by Rich back on 4/22. His alleged offer list is worth a look.
How can a prospect with these mid major and power conference offers be a 2**? Verbal Commits didn’t list his 3*** at ESPN, although that doesn’t always mean much.\
I guess my question is, how do these recruiting services confirm an alleged or tweeted offer?
