Having missed the whole darn second half, I can only go over the box score for some insight. A few things jump out:
1-11 from 3 in the second half. Ouch.
4 assists – total – for the game. I’m spoiled, but that’s often about 20 mins of work for KR by himself.
4 total FTAs for the entire game.
2 total FGAs for Goldie, for the game.
Looks like AP was the only solid constant for the whole game; nice line for him. 6 for 11 from the field, 4-6 from 3, 4 boards, 2 assists, and 3 steals.
Making assumptions from those numbers, it looks like gate must have disrupted our O pretty well in the second half. That’s an unusually high % of 3 attempts for us, and clearly they weren’t going in. I have to guess that gate clamped down in the paint and forced us to shoot 3s. This seems to fall right in line with our discussion here, before the game: how do we react when the D clamps down on TK? Also make me wonder if gate took away the drive-and-dish.
