Recruiting has been weak before this last year so there are few players to lose a position to.

On another front, NS lacks the passing skills needed for a team that MUST pass well: i.e. Air Lehigh. Also, an agile, surprise oriented offense does not resonate with the plodding AC/DF combination. Their play calling is poor and they are unable to spread things out enough strategically for the receivers to separate.
