recruiting at the FCS level is tricky. You never really know what you have until years later. Many of our better players recently,the ones that make plays and all league teams were not high in our class. We should be able to recruit more **ed players with schollies,but unless you have a 5*/4*/3* next to your name,the rest of the field really is unpredictable. As far as coaching staff……..when do we decide to make changes? Eventually, Andy will have to get rid of a few to save his job for a couple years. I heard one my leave on his own for other opportunities.
